Middleton Area Wrestling Club (MAWC) offers a dynamic program for K-8 wrestlers, with separate practices for beginners, advanced, and a new girls-only group this year. Whether you're just starting or are an experienced competitor, you'll enjoy a safe and fun environment to explore the exciting world of wrestling. Participants will not only learn new techniques but also build lasting friendships while fully engaging in all aspects of the sport. Our goal is to work hard, have fun, and help you grow both as a wrestler and a person. Led by seasoned, USA Wrestling Certified coaches, our program is designed to elevate your wrestling journey, no matter if it’s your first season or your tenth.

Any boy or girl between kindergarten and 8th grade. We will have a variety of different experiences, so all are welcome. Our experienced coaches will meet you where you're at in your wrestling journey.

The dates and times for different groups can be found below. The preseason will run in November and December. The regular season will run January through March.
Registration to open Oct 3.

We practice in the Middleton High School Wrestling room. Enter through the Athletic Entrance on the east side of the school at the parking lot at Bristol St. and Bristol St. Upon entering follow the hallway to the T, take a left, follow the hallway to the T, take a left and take the stairs on your left.

Different sessions have different costs associated with them based on the number of weeks and the nature of the coaching involved. These costs cover rental of the facilities, hiring experienced coaches, a t-shirt for each wrestler, and celebrations.

We will choose tournaments for the whole team (including coaches) to attend. Specific dates and locations will be announced at the start of the season.
